Payroll Officer with Accounts

Our client, a international organisation that have been in operation for over 30 years have an exciting opportunity for an accounts/payroll officer to play a key role within their friendly accounts department based in West Perth.

This is a challenging role with lots of variety. Your duties will include processing new employee records, ensuring payments to employees are accurate and preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for payroll accounts.

In addition you will also be responsible for the preparation of the daily bank reconciliations, assisting with the month end reconciliations, allocating payments and preparing the daily banking.

To be considered for this fantastic role you will need to have good all-round accounts/payroll experience and be well-experienced in bank reconciliations.

In addition you will need to be able to manage competing demands effectively, have good analytical skills and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to gather and analyse information skillfully and be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness will also stand you in great stead for this exciting position.
