Our client, one of Australia’s largest Crane Hire, Transport and Civil Construction companies, is seeking to fill a Management Accountant role based in Kwinana.

This fantastic opportunity is ideal for an Assistant Accountant looking for their next step in their career.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the primary purpose of the role is to provide management and financial accounting services to meet the company’s requirements. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Preparation of financial statements and monthly management accounts
General Ledger reconciliations to trial balance
Bank reconciliations
Review of inter-company accounts
Maintenance of Asset Register
Tax compliance reporting for multiple entities – BAS, GST & FBT
Handling Tax queries relating to various entities
Development of management reports and KPIs

To be considered for this great opportunity you will have 2-3 years Australian experience working within a busy environment and ideally be studying towards your CPA/CA qualification.

Candidates that have experience with Green Tree, Pronto or similar large ERP systems are strongly encouraged to apply and will be held in high regard.

We are looking for a self starter with a “can do” attitude who takes ownership of tasks & exhibits strong time management skills.
