Our client, a listed international base metals, exploration, development and operating company, has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Accountant to play an integral part of their busy finance function based in Welsh pool.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this key role is responsible for providing timely and accurate statutory financial statements as well as supervising staff reporting to this position.

In addition you will be expected to carry out the following duties in a timely and efficient manner:

• Monthly financial reporting
• Budget Preparation
• Treasury Function
• Statutory Reporting
• Implement and maintain all modules in Pronto
• Sales and Trade Finance
• Inventory
• Project Costing and Asset Management
• Ad hoc duties and responsibilities as directed by Management
