Our Client, a well-known financial services organisation that has been in operation for over 100 years, has a truly exciting opportunity for a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant.

Based north of the river, this pivotal role reports directly to the Financial Controller and will primarily be responsible for assisting the financial accounting team with the accurate and timely delivery of statutory reporting, compliance with accounting standards, practices and principles and maintenance of financial controls.

Your list of responsibilities will be as follows:

Assist with end of year processes & prepare statutory reports for assigned legal entities.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and provide analysis
Assist with month end process for assigned entities
Assist with Preparation of Group consolidations.
Assist in the maintenance of accounting systems - Oracle
Manage balance sheet for assigned entities.
Prepare ABS returns for assigned entities.
Assist with follow up on Internal Audit issues.

This exciting opportunity would ideally suit a part-qualified accountant who has a good knowledge of current accounting standards and is looking for a long term career role.
