Our Client, a household name in the building and home renovation sector, has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/ Credit Officer.

Established for over 50 years, this organisation has become one of the largest suppliers of quality building and home improvement products in Australia.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the purpose of this challenging position will be to manage all aspects of the accounts receivable function. Preparing new account applications, processing statements and handling the daily banking will also be a key part of this role. Your full list of duties will be as follows:

Follow up on all outstanding revenue
Allocation of Payments
Reconciliation of Daily Bank Statement
Liaising with Customers / Following up on Outstanding Debts
Maintaining Debtors’ Ledger
Reviewing and Setting up Customer Credit Applications
Entry of Sales Orders/ Processing of Invoices
Generating Monthly Statements

To be considered for this position it is envisaged that you have a minimum of 3 years experience within accounts receivable/credit control.
