Our Client, a diversified industrial Group who are ASX listed, are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Support Officer to play a key part within their accounts team based in Redcliffe.

Reporting to the Credit Services Co-Ordinatior you will be working within a happy team environment where your effort and enthusiasm will not go un-noticed and there is a real chance to progress within the group.  You duties will be as follows:

Responsibility for the daily banking functions associated with customer accounts 
Downloading and applying electronic and credit card payments to customer accounts
Responding and resolving debtors’ enquiries via correspondence or telephone
Conducting periodical debtor maintenance
Providing a high level of customer service to key stakeholders

In additional you will be given alternative duties relating to accounts receivable to make your day more exciting!

Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months accounts receivable experience and possess a working knowledge of MS Office suite of products.   In addition you will have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  A high level customer service and a strong work ethic coupled with the ability to remain cool under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines is also prerequisite if you are to succeed in this role. 

Although not essential, previous experience working with Oracle will be highly regarded. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national organisation with genuine career opportunities.
