Accounts Receivable Officer

Our Client, an Australia Wide industrial Group who are listed on the stock exchange, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to play a key role within their accounts team.

Based in Welshpool and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager you will be working within a happy team environment where your effort and enthusiasm will not go un-noticed and there is a real chance to progress within the group.  You duties will be as follows:

Processing credit applications
Dealing with customers via telephone
Raising copies of invoices as and when requested
Project work as and when required online credit processing
Analyse Credit application to determine whether or not to authorise accounts
Applying money to accounts – cheques, EFT, Credit Cards
Account reconciliations
Telephone collections
Liaising with external Debt Collectors

To be considered for this great opportunity you will ideally have a minimum of 12 months accounts receivable experience.

This is a very busy role where the successful applicant will need to be able to prioritise their work.  Extremely strong communication skills are prerequisite as is the ability to deal with people on all levels.
