Our Client, one of Australia's largest and most successful agri-business that has an annual turnover in excess of $900 million, has a truly exciting opportunity for an accounts payable officer to play a key role within their friendly department based in West Perth.

 

Building on its established international reputation for excellence, the Group has embarked on an exciting new era of growth and diversification.

 

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this position is responsible for processing invoices for allocated creditors for the company and its subsidiary companies, on time according to the agreed trading terms with those creditors. The position also requires the reconciliation of these accounts and dealing directly with creditors enquires.

This is required to keep the day to day supply of goods and services available and the reconciling keeps the suppliers accounts in order and paid as per trading agreements.

 

To be considered for this brilliant opportunity you will need to have good attention to detail and also the ability to investigate where necessary. In addition you will have a high level of organisation and communication skills and be able to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. The ability to work under pressure with demonstrated time management skills will also stand you in great stead for this challenging position.

 

Candidates who have obtained TAFE Accounting qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
