Our Client, a well-respected ASX listed industrial services company who have been established for over 100 years, has an exciting opportunity for a Collections Team Leader to play an integral part of the friendly accounts team based in Canning Vale.

This sought after group of companies is highly regarded in their industry and you will be working within an environment where your effort and enthusiasm will not go un-noticed.

Reporting to the Regional Collections Manager your primary purpose will be to manage regional collection functions to ensure an acceptable level of risk is maintained, repayments are made as per trading terms, losses are kept to a minimum and arrears are economically collected.

Initially you will be expected to work within the collections team, the idea being that you will learn the role of collections officer prior to stepping up to the role of Collections Offer 2IC, where you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of collection officers.

Ideally you will have 5 years experience in credit control. This role is ideally suited towards someone who has experience in a leadership role or equally someone who is ready to take that next step in their career.
