Our Client, a world-wide manufacturer who are highly respected in their industry, have an exciting opportunity for an experience payroll officer to join their friendly team based in Bentley.

Reporting directly to the finance manager the purpose of this role is to ensure the timely, accurate payment of all employees and accounting for payroll. This busy position is also responsible for producing associated reporting and reporting KPI’s and other HR related statistical indices.

As well as ensuring the payroll is calculated timely and accurately, you will also maintain and make available all supporting documentation and ensure that accounting for payroll and transactions are carried out accurately.

To be considered for this fabulous opportunity you will ideally possess the following:

At least 3 years experience in all aspects of Payroll (including Superannuation, Deductions, P.A.Y.G & Payroll Tax, Payment Summaries) for at approx. 400 employees, utilising a computerised payroll package – preferably Micropay or Meridian.
Demonstrated knowledge on Awards, Certified agreements and Individual Work Place agreements
Good understanding of accounting for Payroll transactions.
